Fashion Show in M & Co Minehead
Model Performance from Williton Twinning Association
One shop in Minehead was full of potential customers on Wednesday after closing time thanks to Williton and District Twinning Association.
Members of the association held a fashion show for friends and guests thanks to the help of M&Co manageress, Jenny Brooks and her staff.
All the models were local volunteers and wore newly arrived winter range clothes on sale at the Minehead shop.
Williton & district Twinning Association is a self-supporting, non-profit making group, which was formed in 1984 to promote friendship and understanding between the people of Williton and Neung-sur-Beuvron in France and their surrounding villages.
Members meet up with their French counterparts for exchange visits each year, alternating between Williton and Neung. Next May it is the turn of Neung-sur-Beuvron residents to play hosts to Williton Twinning members.
The Association is always happy to welcome new members.

Exchange visits and social events
We meet up with our French friends for exchange visits each year, alternating between Williton and Neung. We visited Neung in April 2011, then twinners from Neung visited Williton in April 2012.
We stay in each other's houses and wherever possible it is arranged so that visitors stay with hosts of similar ages and interests. The hosting village arranges a full and varied programme of events. We travel to Neung by coach, which is then available for day trips in France. A few members sometimes prefer to travel by car.
We also organise social and fund raising events throughout the year - from fashion shows and bingo evenings, to walks and cream teas.
